This women’s only confidential peer group brings together female business executives, to discuss challenges and opportunities for personal and professional career growth.

The group shares their experience in areas ranging from strategy development to effective execution with a view to identifying “best practice” and creating “next practice”.

With 25 years of experience advocating for peace and democracy, Ima is dedicated to advancing human rights. She brings over 20 years of expertise in non-profit organizations, think tanks, and tech industry leadership. Skilled in storytelling, public policy, and partnership building, Ima is a compelling speaker on democracy, governance, women's roles in peacebuilding, and social cohesion. She maintains a vast network and actively participates in civil society networks at national, regional, and global levels.

Rasyida is a strategic integrated marketing leader with 15 years of experience in B2B technology marketing. She has worked with a number of enterprise technology brands, such as Oracle, SAP, Dell, Google, and VMware, to drive and support various go-to-market initiatives.

Beyond her professional role, Rasyida is deeply passionate about leadership, mentorship, and empowering women in the workplace. She had previously volunteered with organizations such as She Loves Data and the Oracle Women's Leadership as their Singapore community leader. As the co-chair of the Women's Executive Leadership Group at EGN Singapore, she is committed to fostering a collaborative space for women leaders to share insights, navigate career challenges, and drive meaningful change. A strong advocate for continuous learning and transformation, she also speaks on topics such as leadership, technology's impact on business, and navigating career evolution.

A mother of two, she understands the complexities of balancing professional ambition with personal growth and is committed to supporting others on this journey.

Our networks operate within the following frameworks:

  • Join a group of six (6) peer group meetings each year for a half-day at a central Singapore location (in-person and virtual options available) with dates set a year in advance.

  • You get access to weekly Cross-Functional events (interactive knowledge sharing sessions that are held both physically and virtually), including focus groups on digital transformation, innovation, human capital, future of works, developing markets, personal development, and networking evenings.

  • EGN provides an experienced and certified facilitator to run all aspects of the group and meetings.

  • The group has its own website with contact data, calendar, documents, presentations, and mail.
