The Chair for this group is Bayu Prawira Hie. Bayu is the first PhD in Digital Transformation in Indonesia. He is a thought leader in Digital Transformation who frequently appeared in mass media and many intellectual forums. He has helped numerous organizations transform into digital by implementing leadership change management and creating the blueprint of Digital Transformation specific to the organization. Having written 6 books on digital transformation, his last book is titled "AI for Bankers" and was published in February 2025.

Leveraging his extensive experience from firms like Kearney, Booz&co, Deloitte, Google, and now Oliver Wyman, Erik has played a pivotal role in significant projects. These include shaping Singapore's Fintech strategy, streamlining Indonesia's state-owned companies' E-money initiatives, and contributing to the definition of OJK's IT strategy. His contributions have notably supported Indonesian unicorns in asserting their digital leadership on the world stage.
